From the beginning this verse has been the heartbeat of our ministry. God called us to GO NEAR. Draw close to those in need, both physically and spiritually. Share the love of Jesus in tangible, life-giving ways.
What began as serving families in inner-city Little Rock, Arkansas, grew into a global mission as we led teams to serve in an orphanage in Guatemala. Guatemala has since grown into ministry of partnerships across East Africa. Today, Nairobi serves as a hub for our ministry across countries in the region.
EVANGELISM
Partnering with local pastors and ministry leaders, we bring the hope of Jesus to communities where access to the Gospel is often limited. Through evangelistic film presentations, Bible distribution, and community outreach, people are invited to hear and respond to the Good News. We also provide pastors with projectors and other evangelism resources, helping them reach their communities with the Gospel and strengthen local churches for years to come.
LIVING OUT LOVE
Alongside evangelism, Go Near Ministry is committed to compassionate care—serving widows, orphans, and families in communities of great need, including urban slums and remote village areas. We seek to meet practical needs, offer encouragement to those facing hardship. Through every outreach, our desire is simple: to make the love of Christ known and to follow His example of mercy, compassion, and service.
